Get a taste of modern Mexico in the country’s lively capital before delving into ancient Mesoamerica. Our short and sweet gay Mexico tour is packed with plenty of optional activities, giving you more supervise of the wheel. Things kick off in the country’s colonial capital where we’ll guide you through a labyrinth of colourful alleys and cobblestone plazas. In the evening, the tour will get hotter than a habanero as we mambo over to Zona Rosa—the city’s gay district.

Finally, the latter half of this adventure focuses on Mexican history. For example, you’ll hold the opportunity to glimpse the wealth and power of pre-Columbian empires at sites like Teotihuacan and Cholula. So slather on your highest SPF, crack a Corona, and let Mexico unfold before you.

• Shiver your tail feather in Mexico City’s famous gay district, Zona Rosa

• Witness the wealth and power of pre-Columbian empires at Teotihuacan

• Feel dwarfed below the world’s largest pyramid, Cholula—so big, when European settlers arrived they mistook it for a mountain!

Hi! I’m Saúl Franco, a native “chilango” (born and raised in Mexico City – now often called CDMX).

I like to work and help all visitors to the city especially the LGBTQI community to produce them feel safe and accepted as a companion while they enjoy their time in this lovely city.

I love sharing the history of the neighborhood orhoods we walk through as we explore the city. I show and explain all the monuments, historic sites and other buildings.

Plus I have tips for the hottest male lover bars, restaurants, clubs and more.

This is not a regular walking tour, this is an experience that will make you perceive like a local. Study the slang, getting to know the places only the locals know. Maybe even learning some Spanish along the way.

I’d be happy to meet you at a location convenient to you and aid you navigate the municipality. Just remember to wear sunscreen, comfortable clothes and your favorite tennis shoes to go and explore!

Mexico City – Puebla Gay Cultural Tour

Day 1:  Mexico Municipality, “The City of Palaces”

Welcome to Mexico City, the largest metropolitan area in the Western Hemisphere. Grab your bags and enjoy your transfer to our hotel. To honor our arrival, we’ll enjoy a welcome drink at a nearby restaurant that overlooks the Cathedral and National Palace. After that, we will have our welcome dinner at the Terrace of the Gran Hotel, a dining life that beautifully entwines both indoor and outdoor atmospheric elements.

Day 2: 20th Century Mexican Architecture

We’ll begin our day with a walking tour through the Coyoacan neighborhood and conclude up at Frida Kahlo’s home, the Casa Azul, where Frida lived the majority of her life. The Casa Azul (Blue House) is both a look into the life of Frida Kahlo and a testament to the beauty of premature 20th Century Mexican architecture. Next, we will follow this with the Saturday Art Market, El Bazaar Sabado, in San Angel, where we’ll see stall after stalls of handmade jewelry, textiles, crafts, and accessories.

After that, we will grab some lunch, enjoy a boat ride, drinks, and mariachi music at another World Heritage site, the Floating Gar
